Martin's Retro Rub
Serves 6

6 Harvey Beef rump steaks or as I used, 18 succulent lamb chops (this amount of Rub should last you a whole summer - Store in a dry place!)
1 tablespoon Whittingtons cumin seed
1 tablespoon Whittingtons fenugreek seed
2 Whittingtons star anise
1 tablespoon Whittingtons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Cardamom pods
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Dried chillies or 2 if you like it hotter
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Turmeric
1 tablespoon Whittingtons Garlic Granules
Pinch of Whittingtons sea salt & ground black pepper

1. In a saucepan place cumin, fenugreek, star anise, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, mustard seeds and cardamom pods
2. Toast on high setting with lid on for 2-3 minutes
3. Take out star anise then place contents of the saucepan with the rest of the ingredient in a pestle & mortar and grind to a coarse powder.
4. Discard cardamom skins.
5. Sprinkle or dip your favourite meat, this is fantastic with Harvey Beef or Lamb cutlets.
6. Serve with salad and a glass of unwooded Chardonnay by Salitage

Retro Chocolate coated fruit

Dark or light chocolate of your liking
Fruit Strawberries,Apple,Bananna etc

Heat up chocolate on your stove whilst melting wash and prepare fruit. Drip at your leisure… yum yum
