Martin's 10 Minute Retro Curry

500grms diced Harvey Beef
50ml Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon Whittingtons exotic Indian curry Powder (mild)
1 tsp. Whittingtons yellow mustard Seeds
1 tsp. Whittingtons dried Onion
tsp. Whittingtons Garlic Granules
1 Can of Coconut Milk 400ml
1 large brown Onion
1 can of tomatoes 415gms

1. Chop onion and caramelize in avocado oil.
2. Add mustard seeds dried onions and cook for a further 1 minute.
3. Add diced beef and brown.
4. Place curry powder in the pan and cook for 1-minute.
5. Pour in tomatoes bring to the boil.
6. Finally add coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes
7. While simmering cook rice

Banana and Vanilla Lassi (a Indian yoghurt drink)
Makes 2 glasses

400ml Milk
400ml natural yoghurt
Dash of Whittingtons Vanilla extract
2 large Australian Bananas

1. Mix milk and yoghurt together.
2. Add bananas and vanilla and blend or vitamise.
3. Serve chilled in a tall glass.
