Martin's Retro Beef Topside Roast - With a Difference
Serves 6 - 8

This cake has no flour or added fat… impossible, fantastic for people allergic to wheat

You'll need a lined 26cm spring formed tin.

1.5kg Harvey Beef Topside roast
1 jar 250gms of Whittingtons Grainy Wine Mustard
Whittingtons salt and pepper
Dash of Organic West Australian Avocado oil
Pinch of Whittingtons ground cumin

1. Pre heat the oven to 200'C.
2. Coat the whole topside with the jar of Grainy Wine Mustard.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add cumin to the roast nice and even.
5. Last drizzle avocado oil over the top.

A guide for cooking Harvey Beef this size you'll need 45 minutes to 1 hour for rare, 1 hour to 1¼ hour's for medium and 1¼ to 1 ½ hours' for well done.

Serve with your favourite veggies – steamed or roasted.

Apple Pie with Cream
Serves 6 - 8

Large tin of apples 680gms
Sugar to taste
Pre - made puff pastry
1 Valley Brook free range egg

1. Sweeten apples with sugar.
2. Line tart tin with pre made pastry.
3. Pore apples into the base.
4. Top pie with remanning puff pastry and lightly brush with egg.
5. Place in a pre heated oven 180'C bake until golden brown
6. Serve with ice cream or fresh cream.
