Again this week on Home in WA, we continue to "Get Ready for Summer". And what a perfect time of the year to start giving your home a lift with a fresh coat of paint.

Over the past 6-8 weeks we've been looking at the various services available through the 14 stores in the Paint Place group. So this week, we thought we'd summarise all those points by chatting with Jack Mast, a Paint Place owner with his wife Nadine and himself a fourth generation, Mast family professional painter.

In the programme, we talk to Jack about the key services which carry the Paint Place stamp:-

1. The Paint Place group now has 14 outlets and there are definite benefits in the strength of the group, such as buying power, benefits to the trade and benefits to retail customer

2. We talk about staffing and customer service, the fact that most Paint Place proprietors come from a trade background and the on-going training given to Paint Place your staff

3. What help can they give customers in ironing out individual problems and the right product for the job

4. An extension to staff assistance is the interior decorator advice on offer at most Paint Place stores. How does that work ?

5. One of the exclusive benefits of shopping at Paint Place is your customer loyalty scheme. The Paint Place reward is the "Yes" Club.

6. Talking "exclusive", Paint Place has developed its own paint brand and also a range of accessories. We discuss New Look packaging.

Now we've agreed this is the perfect time to slip into the overalls and break out the ladders. To help even more, Paint Place has a special offer just for our viewers. They will give away FREE, 2 litres of ceiling white with any 10 litre or 2x4 litre New Look paint purchased prior tol the end of November

The full Paint Place story from Jack Mast, certainly someone who does know. …and don't forget there are now 10 Paint Place outlets in Perth and 4 in country WA
