An hour from Perth City and minutes away from the Mandurah CBD, Peel's Retreat is nestled in a natural beach setting adjacent to a Conservation Reserve. So, you can enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle without having to give up the facilities of the City.

Not far from the Dawesville Cut, you can enjoy the buzz of fine dining and cafes just down the road at Port Bouvard, or Peel's Retreat also offers the peace and tranquillity of water almost literally at your doorstep.

The Harvey Estuary is just 300 metres away and Peel's Retreat residents will enjoy direct access via boardwalk. Here, you can simply relax and enjoy a walk with the local wildlife, while away the hours dolphin-spotting or throw out a line or a crab-net to catch something tasty for dinner.

With the Indian Ocean just 2km to the West, you can also take the boat for a spin, enjoy a run at the beach, a dip in the ocean or just watch the sunset over the sea. And you can do it every day, just like being on holidays!

Stage One at Peel's Retreat originally consisted of 46 lots, but it's been on sale for a while now and there are not many lots remaining. Those that do remain are all level and fully-serviced, including Nautral gas. They're large blocks - from 7 to 900 square metres -  ideal for a comfortable family home with room for the boat or caravan.

With so few blocks left, if you're interested in living the holiday lifestyle every day, you'd better act quickly. But if you do miss out, don't worry, Stage Two is set to go on sale later this year.
