Planted in 1976, the 232 Hectare Clairault vineyard is one of the oldest in the Margaret River region and has gained a reputation as one of the Margaret River region's must-visit wineries. But it's not just their premium wines that are attracting attention.

Visitors are greeted by beautifully manicured gardens with a contemporary feel that carries through to the newly refurbished restaurant and Cellar Door.

Clairault has undergone some changes recently, including a name change from Cape Clairualt Wines to Clairault. The restaurant has changed a good deal too, and here you can enjoy delicious modern cuisine made with the finest seasonal ingredients the region has to offer, in a suitably impressive setting.

The entire front of the restaurant features glass doors that fold back to provide a panoramic view over landscaped and floodlit gardens and lawns to the adjacent vineyard.

A wide, tree-shaded timber deck stretches across the front of the restaurant, providing a beautiful environment for alfresco dining during the warmer months, or an extended area for large functions.

Clairault is an ideal venue if you're really looking to spoil yourself. Enjoy a long, leisurely lunch, a stroll in the grounds, a cellar door wine tasting or a drink by the fire with a few friends, all complete with the quiet charm of the surrounding vineyard and forest. And all with the sort of personal service you only get when the people who own the place also run it.
