Bunbury’s ideal coastal location, lifestyle and high employment stats are the main drivers of this thriving community. Bunbury is surrounded by water with the Indian Ocean, Leschenault Inlet, Koombana Bay with its friendly dolphins and Leschenault Estuary. There’s the easily accessible Tuart forest with wildflowers and walking trails. Even though this is a big city, you’re very close to nature.

The Marlston Waterfront is a terrific tourism precinct with shops, café’s, galleries and restaurants right on the waterfront next to the new and stylish Mantra Hotel. But it doesn’t end here. Further development of the waterfront area around the inlet is in the pipeline.

And, the Forrest Highway Mandurah Bypass will shave at least 30 minutes off the trip making Bunbury the perfect location for a short break or daytrip.

This city has grown and continues to grow, and the employment and business opportunities that are available are growing along with the city.

Bunbury enjoys warm to hot summers and cool, wet winters with plenty of sun in the cooler months to enjoy. It's a typical Mediterranean style climate ideal for holidays most of the year round.
