The Dept of Housing & Works has just released two new land subdivisions that are not only affordable, they're also conveniently located just minutes away from an established and growing city.

The Dept of Housing & Works is constantly developing new estates to cater for first, second and third homebuyers, providing them with a choice of lot sizes, styles and prices. Their latest venture intended for the first homebuyer Brookdale Gardens.

The first release consists of 40 residential lots which surround a newly developed landscaped recreation area. The lots range from 375sqm to 589sqm and all include a fencing and front landscaping package.

Brookdale Gardens is situated in a prime location just 2kms south of the Armadale town site, so you have all the services of a growing city right at your doorstep!

The government is currently investing a lot of money into the redevelopment of Armadale which will definitely have a big impact on the quality of living for the surrounding suburbs. There will be a complete rejuvenation of the town centre, new residential areas and business opportunities and an upgrade to the existing railway station.

Just north and even closer to Armadale town is another of the Department of Housing & Works affordable new estates, Seville Mews. With major services, sports clubs and entertainment precincts just minutes away, plus easy access to main transport links Seville Mews is another prime piece of real estate

There are 33 affordably priced lots on the market ranging in size from 500-800sqm. Although in its infancy this area has great potential with the stunning Champion Lakes park just a stroll away.
