Recipe 2 - Martin’s different Steak Sambo (without the bread)


Serves 1 – Cooking time 10 mins

Ingredients

1 large ruby Lou potato thinly sliced
1 Golden Egg
Dash of Dandaragan Olive oil for cooking
1 200gm Blue Waters fillet steak
1 red onion sliced and cooked
1 tomato sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Green side salad

This recipe is a great change to the normal steak ‘sambo’, enjoy!

Method

Heat a pan, add a little Dandaragan olive oil and start frying the thinly sliced potatoes - season lightly. Then cook the steak to your liking and place to one side. Layout about 4 slices of cooked potatoes on a plate and top with the steak, tomatoes, onions add your favourite sauce then top with 4 more slices of potatoes. The final touch is fried golden egg. Serve with a green salad
