VASSE NEWTOWN, otherwise known as 'the new town by Geographe Bay' is set to be a new sub-regional centre for over 5000 people, with state of the art infrastructure. When it's finished VASSE NEWTOWN will be the main service area for the entire South West region.

Although in its infancy, the estate is already developing into a town of its own with Vasse Primary School receiving rave reviews from parents and kids. The new Perth to Bunbury Hwy is set to open in 2009 which will reduce travel time to the city to just two hours.
