The luxurious West Coast Eagles Charity Home is now complete, with the striking two-storey house to be open to the public from April 28.

The West Coast Eagles 2007 Charity Home is a project of Port Bouvard Limited, Beamonde Homes and the West Coast Eagles, who have been working together since late 2005 to build a quality two storey home at the Princeton Private Estate in Stirling.

Part proceeds from the sale of the home will go to support the development of junior football in Western Australia, benefiting more than 546 metropolitan and 154 country-based clubs.

The home located at Lot 710 Messina and Salemo avenues, will feature four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a theatre room and a family entertaining area and alfresco area, which overlooks a 12m lap pool spa.

The home will be sold with all furnishings (except paintings) and will include over $15,000 worth of beatiful quality furniture from Dankz Furiture.

The house is expected to fetch more than $1.6m.

The homes builder, Beaumonde Homes is WA's biggest provider of individually designed homes.

The homesite was provided by WA-based ASX-listed property developer Port Bouvard and is one of the last vacant homesites in the sell-out development.

Planning is already underway for the third West Coast Eagles Charity Home which will be located in stage six of the picturesque Southport area of the Port Bouvard Residential Resort Estate.

Withs views of The Cut golf course, the home, due for completion in 2009, demand for the luxury home is sure to be high.

The West Coast Eagles Charity home will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm from April 28.

People who visit the home before June 30 will be given the chance to win a signed, framed 2007 West Coast Eagles guernsey.
