Retro’s Tasty Potatoes

Ready to eat in 20 minutes - Serves 4-6

12 large Ruby Lou potatoes pre cooked
1teaspoon black mustard seed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1teaspoon cumin seed
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2tbls lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander


  1. Boil potatoes until just tender rinse under cold water leave to drain and cool.

  2. Heat oil in frying pan add spice's cook and stir till fragrant

  3. Combine these pan fried potatoes and remaining ingredient's in bowl mix well carefully – top with coriander (tasty)

This is goes great with a chilled glass of wooded or unwooded Chardonnay from Salitage - yum yum!
