The Department of Housing and Works has been busy in Bunbury, sponsoring the MBA South West Building Excellence Awards and securing and developing a first class precinct ... Forrest Estate. Bunbury is booming and is one of the fastest growing cities in Australia.

Forrest Estate is in the heart of Bunbury on Blair Street within minutes of the CBD, and all the finest recreation, medical, shopping and entertainment facilities. This really is an exciting new development of just 78 homesites.

Bunbury now has a population of over 50,000 people and growing by the day. A commonwealth Government grant of over $300 million has seen this once sleepy little hollow transformed into a vibrant waterfront city, and Forrest Estate is further pushing along the cities growth. Forrest Estate is destined to be one of Bunbury’s most sought after residential blue chip addresses for singles, couples and families of all ages.

Like most of the major developments in The South West, Forrest Estate is being promoted by The Professionals Southern District estate agency and Mick Caddy tells us that lots at Forrest Estate are selling very quickly.

Glenn Finlay, Director Landstart at the Department of Housing and Works believes this is a great investment and also a very enjoyable place for people to live and grow. It is also very popular so he encourages people who are interested in the project get in very quickly.

Another success story for the people of Western Australia and The Department of  Housing and Works ... Forrest Estate Bunbury City, the South West’s regional heart. Contact The Professionals or dial up www.dhw.wa.gov.au for more information.
