WA Country Builders have again been appointed to build the fourth Regional Telethon Home. The 2006 home is now under construction, the first home to be built at the new Provence Estate, one of three new node communities being developed in the Shire of Busselton.

The ½-acre (approx 4m400 square metres) block was kindly donated by Satterley Property Group, the owners of Provence Estate. The block is valued at $330,000.

WA Country Builders were awarded Best Display Home at the recent Master Builders Association South West Regional Building Excellence Awards for the 2005 Regional Telethon Home at Dalyellup Beach Estate, Bunbury.

The 2006 Regional Telethon Home is a magnificent  residence of 4 bedrooms plus study, with rear views to public open space and lake. The home reflects the provincial atmosphere of the South West with surrounding gum trees and bushland.

The project is scheduled to be completed by October, 2006.

The Regional Telethon home is one of the most significant fundraising initiatives undertaken during the year for the benefit of Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, Telethon Institute for Child Health Research and the Speech and Hearing Centre.

The WA Country Builders Telethon homes in Port Geographe, Dunsborough Lakes and Dalyellup and the Trek homes in Albany, Geraldton and Jurien have already contributed over $2 million that would not have been possible without the very generous support of trades and suppliers.

WA Country Builders welcome expressions of interest in the new home and enquires can be directed through the company’s Bunbury office on 9792 0100
