Large Retro Jam and Cream match sticks
10 to 15 minutes to prepare 30 seconds to eat!! - Serves 4

- 1 packet puff pastry
- 100 gms Signature Range strawberry jam
- 300 ml Signature Range whipping cream
- 20 gms icing sugar for dusting

- Place a sheet of puff pastry on the bench, wet with water using a pastry brush and then place another puff pastry square on top (this will make sure you will get thick fingers when there ready to be filled).
- Using a sharp knife cut to desired length and place on a greased or lined baking tray. Pop into a pre-heated oven at 200 deg until golden brown.
- Cool and cut in half, fill with jam and cream and top with icing sugar.
- Serve with a glass Shiraz from Treehouse.
