Martin's 10 minute grilled pizza
Cooked and prepared in 10 minutes - Serves 2 to 3

- 1 large Italian loaf sliced in half 'long ways'
- cup signature Range pasta sauce
- 150 gms-Signature Range shaved ham
- Hand full Signature Range grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- teaspoon of Whittingtons Italian herbs
- 3 large mushrooms sliced
- 1 large Roma tomato sliced
- red and yellow capsicum sliced
- Small handful black olives optional

- Pre heat grill, to lightly toast one side of the sliced bread.
- While doing this mix the pasta sauce, garlic and herbs together.
- Remove bread and spread over the untoasted side of the toasted bread.
- Add the toppings starting with the tomatoes, mushrooms and capsicum, add the ham then grated cheese to finish then add the olives.
- Place back under the grill and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with a crisp cold Chardonnay from Salitage.
