This Weeks Episode of Home in WA

Princeton Estate

Quinns Rocks

The West Coast Eagles Football Club has teamed up with Port Bouvard Limited and Beaumonde Homes to build a magnificent, quality two-storey home at the picturesque Princeton Private Estate in Stirling.

The home is an absolute beauty! It's now complete and fully furnished and decorated and is available for inspection and purchase by private treaty.

Part proceeds from the sale will go towards the development of junior football in WA, benefiting more than 100 metropolitan and 120 country-based clubs.

Several of the West Coast Eagles players join us for today's programme, including Brett Jones, Drew Banfield, Josh Wooden and Dean Cox and a man with a keen eye for housing excellence, Glen Jakovich

David Grant also talks with Dean Smith, Sales Manager at Beaumonde Homes and Ross Neumann, Managing Director of Port Bouvard Limited.

Interest in the Charity Home is sure to be enormous, because this really is a superb four bedroom, three bathroom property, located on a prime corner block overlooking a landscaped lake.

As an extra incentive, everyone who visits the WCE Charity Home goes into the draw to win a Eagles jumper signed by all the players on the 2005 list.

TVW Channel 7 is delighted to be able to help promote this great project for the promotion of junior football in WA and we'll meet up again with all the key participants in coming programmes.

Princeton Private Estate is on Karrinyup Road, Stirling and the West Coast Eagles Charity Home is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm - 5pm and Wednesdays from 2pm - 5pm.

For further information contact Beaumonde Homes on 9446 3388.
