Retro Warm Pasta Salad
Serves 4 - 6

Ingredients
- 500 gms Signature Range Penne' Grand
- 1/3 cup Signature Range olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Pilgrims balsamic vinegar
- 8 slices of cooked proscuitto or bacon
- cup sundried tomatoes
- cup of basil leaves ripped
- 2 cups rocket leaves washed and dried
- cup of black olives


Method
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until eldente'.
- Whisk oil, balsamic and garlic together in large bowl and set aside.
- Drain pasta and toss though oil mixture whilst hot.
- Allow to cool slightly then mix though other ingredients.
- Serve with a crisp cold Chardonnay from Salitage
