One new community is bringing a welcome return to the good old days of village life with a development that's been specifically designed to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle and a strong sense of community.

The latest Landstart Joint Venture, The Village at Wellard, draws on the latest thinking in urban design to help create a safer and closer community.

Right at the heart of The Village will be a state-of-the-art train station integrated with a bus terminal. So, by the end of 2006, residents will be just a leisurely thirty-minute train ride from the Perth CBD. Blocks in the first release of The Village at Wellard sold out in just 48 hours and Stage Two sold out in around a week. So, you'd better be quick if you'd like to get in on the release of Stage Three in late September.
